I recommend that you book your session as early as possible to avoid any disappointment with lack of availability as I am often booked up 3 months in advance.
Sessions will be held for a specific date at the time of booking.
The time of your session can be finalised a few days before so that we can know what your little one is doing with regards to nap patterns and work around those to capture them at their happiest.
Studio sessions take place at my home studio in East Grinstead, West Sussex. I also offer a premium in-home service where I bring the studio to you. For further details of this service please contact me.
Maternity session and children of walking age and above may also be at an outdoor location of your choice.
I can set up in any room with enough floor space for my backdrops, but I do also need enough space to step back and take the photograph. A good spot can be found in almost any home. If furniture needs moving to allow for set up, I can do this once I’m there, and don’t worry, and I’ll put it all back before I go.
Session length varies depending on the session you book. Please refer to the pricing guide for the duration of your session.
The only thing you need to do in advance of your session is work with me to design your set. Together we’ll choose colours and props that suit your individual taste so that your images will compliment the space in your home where your intend to hang them.
I am more than happy to take some shots of the baby with parents and siblings.
If you do wish to have these shots taken, please let me know in advance so we can plan them into the session.
All outfits for the subject are provided.
I have a range of outfits for baby as well as maternity gowns.
Parents and siblings:
If you wish to have images with your baby, or for older siblings to be included, I suggest plain clothing with no bold patterns or prints and no logos or slogans. You will be looking at these images for years to come so picking something simple will mean you don’t risk looking back and think “why on earth did I wear that”.
Try to select colours that compliment each other, and if your not sure, simple black or white works very well.
I like to be transparent about my fees. There are no hidden fees, so you’ll know exactly what you’ll spend prior to booking. All costs can be found on the pages linked below.
All sessions require payment of the session fee in order to secure your booking. This is to ensure clients are genuine and to avoid appointments not being kept when space is so limited.
Approximately two weeks after your session, once your images have been processed, you will be invited to attend a viewing of your beautifully edited images. It is at this point you will choose an image package or products should you wish to purchase.
With my satisfaction guarantee, you only pay for images you LOVE.

With my satisfaction guarantee, if upon an in person viewing* session you are unsatisfied with your images and do not wish to purchase them, then your session fee is returned to you and your experience will have cost you nothing.
*Session fee refunds are strictly limited to in person viewings and must be discussed at the viewing.
*Refunds are not available for galleries viewed on line.
*Due to photographs being bespoke items, refunds are not available after your order has been processed.
**Deposits are not refundable if clients do not attend their appointment or cancellations within 48 hours.
